What should i get my best friend for her birthday?

I have this friend, and she’s like my bfffl (best friends for friends and life) we’ve been friends for 5 years and we celebrate every holiday and event and vacation together, and it also happens to be that we happened to go to the same pre-school (didn’t know she was there when i was in pre-school though)and she also happens to live right behind my house!
